Fangzheng Technology: Director Guo Jin resigns, nominates Gao Xiaojun as candidate for non-independent director.

Fangzheng Technology announced that on November 6, 2025, director Guo Jin resigned from the position of non-independent director of the 13th Board of Directors due to work adjustments. His original term was until April 16, 2026, and he will not hold any position in the company after leaving. His resignation did not reduce the number of directors below the statutory minimum and will not affect the normal operation of the company. On the same day, the company held a meeting to pass a resolution for director changes, nominating Gao Xiaojun as a candidate for non-independent director of the 13th Board of Directors. If elected, he will serve as a member of the Strategic, Compensation, and Assessment Committee until the end of this term. Gao Xiaojun currently serves as the Vice President of Zhuhai Huafa Technology Industry Group and does not currently hold any company shares.
