The acquisition was completed on November 7, 2025 according to the terms and conditions of the sale agreement. After the completion, this group owns 100% equity in the target company. The target company has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of this group, and the financial performance of the target company will be consolidated into the accounts of this group.
