Xinhua Wealth Financial Announcement: As of the date of this announcement, based on all reasonable inquiries made by the company, it is well known, fully understood, and certain that Easton Technology Limited is a company established in the British Virgin Islands, with the buyer holding 70% of the issued share capital; and Mr. Peng Jingchen directly owns 100% of the issued share capital of Easton Technology Limited. Mr. Peng is a licensed person under the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
