China Cinda (HK) Holdings Company Limited, also known as "Cinda Hong Kong", has issued Reg S 3-year and 5-year senior unsecured bonds denominated in US dollars, with credit ratings of A- (Stable) from Fitch, BBB+ (Stable) from S&P, and Baa2 (Stable) from Moody's.
