China Wealth Finance APP news, XINLIAN Electronics (002546.SZ) announced that its subsidiary Nanjing Tuochuang Energy Service Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tuochuang Energy") signed a "equity repurchase agreement" with Yunnan Yaobangda Power Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yaobangda"). Yaobangda plans to repurchase all the shares held by Tuochuang Energy and reduce its registered capital. The total price for the equity repurchase is 34.0584 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, Tuochuang Energy will no longer hold any shares in Yaobangda.
