Shangsheng Medical announced that shareholder Moruo Li has reduced his holdings in the company by a total of 1.7831 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from September 5, 2025 to November 6, 2025, accounting for 1.59% of the total share capital. After this equity change, Moruo Li and its concerted action people's shareholding decreased from 80.724 million shares to 78.9408 million shares, and the proportion decreased from 71.99% to 70.40%.
