The announcement of Shibei High-tech Industrial Park states that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Juenengwan Enterprise Service Co., Ltd., has signed a service agreement with its controlling shareholder, Shanghai Shibei High-tech Co., Ltd. Shanghai Shibei High-tech Co., Ltd. has entrusted Juenengwan to be responsible for the operation of the "SAP Innovation Empowerment Center" and will pay an operating cost of 2.998 million yuan for 2025. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction, does not constitute a major asset restructuring, and does not require submission to a shareholders' meeting for approval. Within the past 12 months, the amount of related party transactions with Shibei Group has reached 30 million yuan.
