According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Sichuan Fulin New Materials Co., Ltd. was established, with Du Junbo as the legal representative. The business scope includes the manufacturing, sales, and research and development of electronic special materials, as well as new material technology promotion services. Through equity penetration, it is shown that the company is wholly owned by Jiangxi Shenghua New Materials Co., Ltd., which is jointly held by Fulin Precision Engineering and Ningde Times, among others.
