China Internet Network Information Center releases "Understanding the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises through Internet Big Data"

Recently, the China Internet Network Information Center released a report titled "The Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises from Internet Big Data Perspective." The report shows that as of September 2025, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises in China reached 63.487 million, with a steady increase in quantity and achieving new breakthroughs in high-quality development. The report also reveals that as of September 2025, 98.2% of the 63.487 million small and medium-sized enterprises in China are privately owned, and 98.1% are small and micro-sized enterprises; nearly 6 million new small and medium-sized enterprises were added in the first 9 months of the year.
