Typhoon "Seagull" has already caused 5 deaths in Vietnam.

On November 7th local time, the Vietnamese Ministry of Agriculture and Environment announced that Typhoon No. 25, named "Molave," has caused 5 deaths, 7 injuries, 57 houses collapsed, 2799 houses damaged, and over 1.6 million electricity users experienced power outages, with nearly 1.3 million still without power supply.
