According to the Qichacha app, recently, Beijing Mining and Metallurgical Environmental New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 788 million yuan. Its business scope includes common non-ferrous metal smelting, sales of high-purity elements and compounds, battery manufacturing, and battery sales. Through equity penetration displayed on Qichacha, the company is jointly held by Beijing Mining and Metallurgical Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mining and Metallurgical Technology Group Co., Ltd., Chengtong Science and Technology Innovation Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise, and Dangsheng Technology.
