Meituan establishes a new technology company in Longyan, Fujian.

According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Longyan Sankuai Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Chen Kun as the legal representative. Its business scope includes engineering and technical research and experimental development, information system integration services, and leasing of computer and communication equipment. QiChaCha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Meituan's related company Beijing Sankuai Online Technology Co., Ltd.
