Zhao Peng of PICC: Creating the second growth curve of property insurance.

On November 7th, Zhao Peng, Vice Chairman and President of China Life Insurance Group, stated at the 2025 Investor Open Day event that China Life Insurance Group will accelerate the high-quality development of non-auto insurance, create the second growth curve of the group, and provide more comprehensive and in-depth services for the overall economic and social development and the modernization process with Chinese characteristics. In particular, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission is promoting the "comprehensive management" of non-auto insurance, and believes that non-auto insurance business will become an important source of premium and profit growth for the group during the "14th Five-Year Plan" and in the future.
