King Charles III officially signed the decree to strip Andrew Mountbatten Windsor of his title as "Prince" and the style "Your Royal Highness". According to an announcement from the British Royal Office, the King signed the special decree on November 3 and it was officially published in the official Gazette of the United Kingdom. 65-year-old Andrew is the second son of the late Queen Elizabeth II. In recent years, he has been embroiled in scandal due to his association with the late sex offender and American businessman Jeffrey Epstein. On October 30, Buckingham Palace announced that King Charles III had initiated formal proceedings to strip his brother Prince Andrew of his titles, honors, and privileges, and had informed him to move out of the royal residence.
