Zhitan Financial News App, China Tongcai Education (02175.HK) announced that on November 6, 2025, the company (as the buyer), the sellers (Han Xue, Su Xing, Li Xiaotian, Beijing Beige), the target company (Guangzhou Tongmeng Art Education Consulting Co., Ltd.), Nansha Beige, Guangzhou Alliance, Beijing Wen'er and Beige Property have entered into a stock purchase agreement. According to this agreement, the core seller conditionally agrees to sell, and the company conditionally agrees to purchase the shares (equivalent to 100% equity of the target company) at the agreed price.
