On this basis, the subscribers have conditionally agreed to subscribe and the company has conditionally agreed to issue a total of 117 million subscription shares at a subscription price of HK$0.9 per share, with a discount of approximately 19.64% compared to the closing market price of HK$1.12 per share on the Stock Exchange on the date of the subscription agreement.
