The Zhitong Finance and Economics APP reports that Shandong Heda (002810.SZ) has announced that Mr. Bi Songling, a director, secretary of the board of directors, and deputy general manager holding 0.41% of the shares, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 350,000 shares (0.1017% of the total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the end of the 15 trading days from the announcement date.
