(referred to as "Andico Biotechnology" or "Party A"). The two parties have reached a consensus on the cooperation relationship for the research and development and custom production of the raw materials and intermediates of innovative drugs, referred to as the "CDMO project", and have formed a strategic partnership to conduct long-term cooperation on the CDMO project.
