China International Shipping Container Corporation announced that on November 6, 2025, the company repurchased 391,700 H-shares at a repurchase price of 7.06 - 7.26 Hong Kong dollars per share, with a total price of 2.8147 million Hong Kong dollars; repurchased 1,574,200 A-shares at a repurchase price of 7.95 - 7.96 yuan per share, with a total price of 125.25 million yuan. After the repurchase, the number of issued H-shares has been reduced to 3,060,644,395 shares, and the number of issued A-shares has been reduced to 2,245,032,992 shares.
