China Energy Engineering Corporation: Receiving institution research, introducing the situation of Songyuan Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park project.

China Energy Construction Corporation announced that on November 6, 2025, several institutions including Chengtong Fund conducted research on the Songyuan Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park of China Energy Construction Corporation. This project is the world's largest green hydrogen and ammonia integration project, with a total investment of 29.6 billion yuan. It plans to build 3 million kilowatts of new energy power generation in stages, forming an annual production capacity of 800,000 tons of green synthetic ammonia and green methanol. The first phase is planned to be put into operation before the end of 2025. The project has received support from various national policies, made multiple technological breakthroughs, with a first-phase total investment of 6.9 billion yuan, a 20-year operating period, and an internal rate of return on capital not less than 7.02%. The company also introduced its hydrogen energy business layout, innovative achievements, and development ideas for the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.
