Its business scope includes real estate development, cultural industry investment, etc. Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly held by Sunshine 100 Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. and Li Yapeng, among others. Li Yapeng holds approximately 27.8% of the shares, and Sunshine 100 Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. holds 31% of the shares.
