Smart Finance APP News, Tianci Materials (002709.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiujiang Tianci High-tech Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiujiang Tianci"), has signed an "Annual Purchase Contract" with Hefei Guoxuan High-tech Power Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guoxuan High-tech"). According to the agreement, Guoxuan High-tech will purchase an estimated total of 870,000 tons of electrolyte products from Jiujiang Tianci for the years 2026-2028.
