(referred to as "Residential Construction Company") and Chongqing Design Institute Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Design Institute") have formed a consortium and received the "Chongqing Construction Engineering Bid Winning Notice" for the EPC general contracting project of Jiangwan Project (Phase I), confirming that they have won the bid for the project.
