The Shenzhen Stock Exchange announced its decision to terminate the review of Compass's refinancing. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange stated that Compass and sponsor CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. submitted an application to withdraw the application for the issuance of A-shares to specific entities by Beijing Compass Technology Development Co., Ltd. and the application for CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. to withdraw the application for Beijing Compass Technology Development Co., Ltd. to issue A-shares to specific entities. According to relevant regulations, the review of Compass's application for the issuance of shares to specific entities has been terminated.
