Aston: Completion of the transfer of 48% equity of Yangzhou Shuguang by the holding subsidiary

The announcement from Aston stated that the company's controlling subsidiary Dingkong Electromechanical intends to transfer 48% of the equity of Yangzhou Shuguang for 244.8 million yuan. Recently, Dingkong Electromechanical received the first installment of the equity transfer price of 101.6222 million yuan paid by Xinhongye, plus the previous deposit of 23.2258 million yuan, totaling 51% of the total equity transfer price received, amounting to 124.848 million yuan. At the same time, Yangzhou Shuguang has completed the industrial and commercial change registration, and Dingkong Electromechanical no longer holds its equity.
