According to the latest figures released by the Hong Kong Rating and Valuation Department on Thursday, November 6, the number of newly completed private residential units in September this year was 1,004, a significant increase of about 69.6% from the 592 units in August. In terms of district statistics, Kowloon had the most private residential units completed in September, with 548 units, while the New Territories had 450 units completed, breaking the "zero completion" situation in August. As for Hong Kong Island, only 6 units were completed in September, a decrease of 99% compared to the previous month.
