Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway will be completed and open to traffic this year, connecting Beijing's sub-center to multiple locations.

Starting from November 6th, the Beijing section of the Beijing-Tangshan intercity railway has entered the operational testing phase, making the final push for the opening of the line. This section is expected to be completed and opened for operation within this year. By then, the Beijing-Tangshan intercity railway will be fully connected, allowing convenient direct access from the Beijing City Sub-center station to various locations in Tangshan City, Baodi District in Tianjin, Beichen District in Tianjin, and other areas.
