Chongqing: By 2027, the city will have 1-3 new innovative drugs approved for listing every year.

The General Office of the People's Government of Chongqing Municipality issued the "Several Measures to Support the High-Quality Development of Innovative Drugs in the Whole Chain in Chongqing Municipality", proposing to focus on breakthroughs in the core technology of innovative drugs, accelerate product cultivation, and continuously optimize the industrial innovation system. By 2027, the city will approve 1-3 innovative drugs for listing each year, striving to reach a total of 10 innovative drugs; cultivate 3 comprehensive industrial innovation complexes; build 3 high-energy-level innovation platforms; and create 3 innovative drug industrial clusters.
