Air-powered "brainless" robot emerges.

A research team led by the University of Oxford in the UK has developed a new type of soft robot that operates without the need for electronic components, motors, or programmed instructions. The research shows that these "brainless" robots do not rely on a central control system or program instructions, but instead achieve movement and coordination through their own structure and external physical forces. The study was published in the journal Advanced Materials on the 5th of the month.
