Shenzhen: Support the transformation of idle and inefficiently used non-residential housing into affordable rental housing.

The Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau and the Shenzhen Planning and Natural Resources Bureau recently jointly issued the "Notice on the Conversion of Existing Non-Residential Buildings into Affordable Rental Housing", stating their support for the conversion of vacant and underutilized commercial, office, hotel, factory, research and development, storage, scientific research and educational non-residential inventory buildings into affordable rental housing.
