The Zhtng Financial APP reported that Arete Group (08365.HK) announced that, according to the share plan adopted by the company on November 3, 2025, on November 5, 2025, the company made an offer to grant a total of 12 million stock options to several employees (grantees) within the group (which can only be effective after the grantee accepts). As a result, grantees have the right to subscribe for a total of 12 million ordinary shares of the company with a face value of HK$0.25 per share.
