News from the Wisdom Finance APP, Huith Group (08238.HK) announced that due to the conditions set forth in the placement agreement not being fully reached by November 5, 2025 (the final deadline), the placement agreement has expired, and the placement will not continue. All rights, obligations, and responsibilities of each party to the agreement will immediately cease and terminate, and the placement agents will be released from and revoke the responsibilities under the placement agreement, and no party to the agreement may make any claims against other parties regarding the placement, except for any prior breaches or rights or obligations that may have arisen under the placement agreement prior to the termination.
