Smart Finance APP News, China Intelligent Transport (01900.HK) announced that on November 5, 2025, the subscriber (Whisper International Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) promised to subscribe for A shares of the fund (HUA SHENG HENG XIN INVESTMENT FUND LIMITED) with a capital commitment of 5 million US dollars (equivalent to about 35.45 million RMB), subject to the terms and conditions of the private placement memorandum.
