Leng Xiaokun, the youth vice chairman of the Robotics Branch of the China Electronics Society and chairman of Joy City Intelligent (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., said at the "Cooperation for Innovative Development of Humanoid Robots" sub-forum of the 8th Hongqiao International Economic Forum on November 5 that it is expected that next year, humanoid robots will appear in the industrial field with more than 10,000 units delivered and purchased by enterprises. Once the number exceeds 10,000 units, it will be comparable to the new energy vehicles around 2018, when the new forces of automobiles delivered more than 10,000 units around 2018. At this point, the first turning point of humanoid robots will appear, truly beginning to be used in large-scale and mass production.
