Announcement from Da Di Ocean: The company plans to acquire 67.0408% equity of Veolia Resources Recycling Co., Ltd. held by Veolia China Holdings Co., Ltd. with its own funds or self-raised funds of RMB 40 million. At the same time, the company also plans to acquire 32.9592% equity of Veolia Resources Recycling Co., Ltd. held by Hangzhou Da Di Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. with its own funds or self-raised funds of RMB 19.6652 million. After the completion of this transaction, Veolia Resources Recycling Co., Ltd. will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
