On September 3, 2025, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcement No. 48 of 2025, stating that starting from September 4, 2025, anti-circumvention measures would be implemented on imported single-mode fibers with cut-off wavelength shift originating from the United States. The current anti-dumping tax rate on imported non-dispersive shift single-mode fibers from the United States would be applied to the imported single-mode fibers with cut-off wavelength shift originating from the United States. After the implementation of these measures, considering changes in the trade environment, the Ministry of Commerce proposed to the State Council Tariff and Tax Commission to cease the implementation of anti-circumvention measures on imported single-mode fibers with cut-off wavelength shift originating from the United States. The State Council Tariff and Tax Commission made a decision based on the Ministry of Commerce's proposal, and starting from November 10, 2025, would cease applying the current anti-dumping tax rate on imported non-dispersive shift single-mode fibers from the United States to imported single-mode fibers with cut-off wavelength shift originating from the United States.
