EVE Energy announced that the company's controlling shareholder EVE Energy Holdings and the actual controller Liu Jincheng and Luo Jinhong transferred 40,776,800 shares of the company through inquiry transfer, accounting for 1.99% of the total share capital of the company. After the transfer, the shareholding ratio of the transferor decreased from 39.92% to 37.85%.
