After the completion of the tendering process, the board of directors of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers as the external auditor for the Group for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Audit Committee. This appointment will be subject to approval at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shareholders' annual meeting in 2026.
