Chairman of Turkish Airlines: Negotiations with CFM engines are in progress. The possibility of investing in setting up an engine maintenance center in Turkey is being discussed. In the coming weeks, meetings will be held with Boeing and engine manufacturers, at which point the deal will be finalized. There are currently no plans to publicly list any subsidiaries, nor are there plans to introduce foreign partners to subsidiary AJET Airlines. The acquisition of shares in Europa Airlines is nearing completion, and opportunities in Asia, North and South America are being explored.
