According to the APP of China Fortune Magazine, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce answered questions about the adjustment of measures regarding the unreliable entity list. The Ministry of Commerce stated that in accordance with the "Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Provisions on the Unreliable Entity List", and relevant regulations, the unreliable entity list working mechanism announced on March 4 and April 4, 2025 will include a batch of US entities in the unreliable entity list and take corresponding measures. In order to implement the consensus reached in the China-US Kuala Lumpur economic and trade negotiations, China has decided to continue to suspend the measures announced on April 4 (Announcement of the Working Mechanism of the Unreliable Entity List (2025) No. 7) for one year starting from November 10, 2025, and to suspend the measures announced on March 4 (Announcement of the Working Mechanism of the Unreliable Entity List (2025) No. 5 and No. 6). According to the relevant regulations of the "Provisions on the Unreliable Entity List", domestic companies can apply for transactions with the above-mentioned entities, and the unreliable entity list working mechanism will review and approve applications that meet the conditions in accordance with the law.
