According to the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) data, based on a survey of major wholesale steel markets across the country, the steel wholesale market sales price expectation index and the purchase price expectation index for November were 53.98% and 61.7% respectively, an increase of 7.31 and 7.24 percentage points from the previous month, both above the 50% threshold, indicating a slight improvement in market sentiment compared to the previous month, market participants hold a cautious optimistic attitude towards steel prices for November.
