Chen Guoji: Hong Kong is building an advanced science and technology innovation system.

Acting Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Chen Guoji, stated today that the SAR government has formulated a series of policies to attract strategic talents, including launching a 3 billion Hong Kong dollars program to support cutting-edge scientific research, assisting 8 universities in Hong Kong to recruit top scientists and researchers, and building facilities needed for breakthrough research. He introduced that the SAR government is building an advanced science and technology innovation system, integrating three major science and technology innovation parks and five key research and development institutions, expanding talent reserves, promoting innovation, and supporting national scientific and technological development.
