The "Implementation Plan for the High-Quality Development of the Gold Industry in Anhui Province" is open for public comments. It mentions advancing resource increase and storage capacities. Solid progress will be made in a new round of breakthrough strategic actions for mineral exploration, increasing the intensity of geological surveys and exploration, strengthening gold resource exploration in key areas such as Wuhu-Fengyang, Dabie Mountains, Tongling-Chizhou, Lu'an-Qiangu, Ma'anshan-Fanchang, Guangde-Xiuning, and Xuancheng. This will lead to the discovery of a new batch of exploitable resources. Promoting the deep exploration of key development mines such as Tianshan-Mashan, Chaoshan, Jiaochong, Lushan, and Tianjingshan will increase resource reserves and extend the mining service life. Strengthening the guarantee of production factors such as land, forest, and energy for gold mine development, implementing different policies to resume production at idle mines, expand and transform production at mines in operation, ensure timely completion of mines under construction, and promote the compliant construction of new mines to accelerate the release of production capacity.
