Pingjiang County, Hunan Province: Comprehensive implementation of existing house sales.

Pingjiang County has become the first county in Hunan province to fully implement the sale of existing houses. On November 3rd, Pingjiang County issued the "Several Measures for Comprehensive Implementation of Existing House Sales and 'Good House' Planning and Construction", stipulating that sales of commercial housing can only begin after completion inspection on newly developed land. Chen Xin, director of the Pingjiang County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, stated that the implementation of existing house sales is aimed at boosting market confidence.
