Announcement of the State Council Customs Tariff Commission on halting the imposition of additional tariffs on certain imported goods originating from the United States.

To implement the consensus reached in the China-US economic and trade consultations, in accordance with the laws and regulations such as the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, as well as the basic principles of international law, approved by the State Council, the additional tariffs imposed on certain imported goods from the United States will be suspended from 1:01 pm on November 10, 2025.
