Contemporary Amperex Technology (CATL) establishes new green energy technology company in Tianjin.

According to the Qichacha app, recently, the company Time Quji Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Song Hui as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million RMB. Its business scope includes research and development of emerging energy technologies, sales of new energy vehicle charging facilities, research and development of online energy measurement technologies, and contract energy management. The equity penetration displayed by Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Time Quji New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CATL.
