According to the Ministry of Natural Resources, the National Marine Forecasting Center issued an orange wave warning at 08:00 on November 5th. Due to the combined effects of Typhoon "Seagull" and cold air, it is expected that from the morning of November 5th to the morning of November 6th, there will be waves of 6 to 9 meters in the central South China Sea, and waves of 3 to 5 meters in the northern South China Sea. The sea wave warning level in the near sea area is orange. In the eastern coastal areas of Hainan, waves of 2 to 3 meters will appear, and the sea wave warning level in the near sea area is blue.
