The eleventh China-Russia Finance Ministers Dialogue was held in Beijing.

In order to implement the important consensus reached by President Xi Jinping and President Putin at the meeting, and to consolidate and deepen the comprehensive strategic partnership of cooperation between China and Russia in the new era, Minister of Finance Lian Fuan and Russian Minister of Finance Siluanov jointly chaired the eleventh China-Russia Finance Ministers' Dialogue in Beijing on November 4, 2025. The two sides had in-depth discussions on macroeconomic situation and policies, local fiscal management practices, think tank exchanges, as well as cooperation between China and Russia in the G20, BRICS financial channels, and other multilateral financial institutions, reaching multiple consensuses. Officials from the finance departments of both countries attended the dialogue. Prior to the dialogue, Minister Lian Fuan and Minister Siluanov held bilateral talks exchanging views on issues of mutual concern.
