The data shows that in the first three quarters of this year, these 86 property insurance companies collectively achieved insurance business income of 1.37 trillion yuan, and a total net profit of 77.827 billion yuan. Both of these core operating indicators showed a year-on-year increase in comparable calibers, with a significant growth in net profit. Experts interviewed commented that the significant year-on-year increase in net profit of property insurance companies is mainly due to factors such as optimization of business structure, improvement of operational efficiency, and rebound in investment income.
