McDonald's sells Hong Kong store for first transaction, with a price of 77.4 million Hong Kong dollars, 30% lower than the market value.

According to the Xin Bao report on Wednesday, McDonald's sold a shop in Hong Kong for 77.4 million Hong Kong dollars, 33% lower than the market value. The shop is located in Yuen Long and has an 11-year lease with the fast-food chain. The report cited market sources as saying that the buyer is local businessman Yip Wai Tat.
